How many keywords are you bidding on?

For every campaign there are very likely many thousands of keywords that will produce good results for you, many (or most) at a relatively low price compared to the most popular terms.

How many campaigns and ad groups are you maintaining?

Even for companies with a small number of products or services, there are usually many different ways to segment keyword sets, customer types, etc. A minimum would be 5-10 campaigns with 5-10 ad groups in each.
